Hassle free returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, supplements, shampoos and grooming products. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as underwear, bits, studs, 'Gel' items that are in direct contact with horse and Riding hats.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@fairpriceequestrian.com for return address details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should email us at sales@fairpriceequestrian.com to let us know you are sending back and then post your item to the following address:

Please obtain a proof of posting for your own insurance. We will not be liable for items that go missing in the post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The DALLAS Pro riding boot is a technologically superior product, handcrafted in ull-grain Calfskin and Buffalo leather.

They come equipped with elastic laces and a rear elastic band to ensure flexibility and contact at the highest levels.

The reinforced zippers, the compact semi-square toe design and the high performance sole complete this elegant Italian craft product.

Buffalo Leather Lining.

The Pro models, in full-grain Calfskin leather, comes with a Buffalo leather interior lining. A soft and durablel eather that, with a “grip” effect, increases overall control and stability while prolonging the longevity of the boot.

Elastic Leg.

A perfectly shaped leg designed to enhance your ride. The rear elastic band, with its 2 centimeters of extra extension, allows the boot to wrap the leg in a superlative way. A unique“feel”and a perfect support that translates into grater overall control

Hi-Performance Sole.

A new concept of technical sole, made of an advanced mixture of 100% rubber and latex to always ensure the right amount of flexibility. The “shock-absorbing” technology, built into the heel, dampen down the stresses.

Sizing Information
Fitting the Boots

Here you will find everything you need to be able to choose your correct size.

What do I need?

  • Breeches and socks that you would normally wear while riding(Recommended)
  • Soft measuring tape in centimeters.
  • Someone who helps you with measurements (Recommended)

How to measure?

Parlanti Passion boots are measured using European sizing (EU) so once you have successfully found your EU shoe size using a shoe conversion chart, you can proceed with leg sizes. Measurements should be taken standing up without shoes on, with your legs straight, slightly parted. (That’s why having another person help you measure would be beneficial.)

  • Calf. Measure the circumference of the widest part of your calves. If both of your calves have different measurements, use the larger measurement of the two calves. (The same for minichaps)
  • Entrance (below knee). Measure the circumference of the highest part of the boots. Just under the knee, where the zippers close.(The same for minichaps)
  • Height. Essentially you are measuring the distance from the bottom of your heel to the crease in the back of your knee. Be sure that you are barefoot or in socks. This measurement should be taken from the back, and not from the front or sides.(The same for minichaps)

Note. Tall boots and chaps come with an elastic panel on the back, allowing for growth if necessary (with the exception ofthe Dressage model). The elastic panel have an extension up to about 2-2.5 cm and this is NOT calculated in the size charts. Boots and minichaps should be snug when they arrive, as they will usually stretch a small amount, if any.

Note. Once you have your back length measurement, add 1.5 cm to this number because after breaking in your boots, they will drop an average of 1.5cm-2cm in height.




Professional Opinion
PARLANTI BOOTS CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The cleaning of a leather pair of boots should be done as needed, following these guidelines:

1. Clean the entire boot with a wet cloth, using water, face cleanser or leather cleanser in order to take
off the eventual dust or mud;
2. Leave the boots to dry, secondly brush the boot with the polish of the right color (or neutral);
3. Wait the right time for the cleansing cream to be absorbed and for the boots to be completely dry;

Lastly rub a soft cloth on the entire surface of the boots, in order to maintain its leather brilliant and
soft.

USE ADVICE

A good care of the leather of your boots will prevent them from drying out or breaking after a long use;

  • It is recommended the use of bootlegs (whether they be made of paper, plastic, wood etc.) that allows the boots to keep their shape and to maintain it during time and use;
  • It is recommended to avoid cleaning products such as degreasers or saddles greases that might end up being too aggressive with our high quality leather;
  • It is recommended to avoid prolonged contact with water or extreme warm sources.
