Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, supplements, shampoos and grooming products. We also do not accept products that are intimate such as underwear, bits, studs, 'Gel' items that are in direct contact with horse and Riding hats.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@fairpriceequestrian.com for return address details.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please obtain a proof of posting for your own insurance. We will not be liable for items that go missing in the post.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

MATERIALS

Details make the difference, starting with the choice of the best materials. Each leather hide has been selected in order to accomplish specific tasks. Special supple leather for the main body of the boot:sturdy yet flexible, this guarantees freedom of movement, extreme wear resistance and superior durability at the same time.

The lining is made with premium quality hides, selected from certified farms of Italy and France, treated to enhance the natural beauty through softening procedures. The high absorbency and breathability maintains ideal condition to provide the ultimate soft touch sensation.

The glove-like fit improves both feeling and contact with the horse. The padded leather flap protects the heel and helps the foot to smoothly get into the boot shoe. A second antibacterial, anti-schock insole is always supplied together with the riding boots.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

All Tucci Time leather tall boots models have arear elastic band along the zipper, highly absorbent and breathable, it ensures maximum comfort and encourages a correct heels-down position. Furthermore, the elastic, together with the wide size choice, guarantees the distinctive made-to-measure fit.

The certified extra strong zippers, as well as the top and bottom protection and functional snap block at the zipper closure, is the safest closing system ever conceived.

Double stitched seams are applied along the stress lines. The featherweight sole with aggressive profile favour a secure, yet comfortable, grip to the stirrup.

Sizing Information

How to measure:

The measurements must be taken wearing riding trousers and socks that you normally use. By standing position, measure the calf “C” in the widest point by keeping the meter in horizontal position and keeping its tension nor too tight and not too large. By standing position with the leg slightly bent, measure the height of the boot “H” from the floor to the highest part of the leg ( see figure n. 1 ). To this measurement you must add 1 cm to maximum 1,5 cm as the boot will lower after wearing it. The size of the foot is the one you usually wear. Refer to the European measurements.
