If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

In the case of faulty items you will still have the manufacturers guarantee period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging, not broken or ripped open.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.



You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless product found to be faulty.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Items not Eligible for a refund are: Feed, Supplements, Shampoos and Grooming Products, Bits, Studs, Riding Hats, Underwear and ALL Sale items. Also any items that are made to measure or a special order will only be refunded or exchanged if faulty.

Please note due to reasons of hygiene and safety we are unable to exchange or accept the return of certain 'Gel' items once they have been in contact with a horse.


Please note: if an instruction is given to leave an order 'in a safe place' and therefore delivered without a signature the couriers insurance is invalidated. Fair Price Equestrian cannot be held responsible if the goods are lost under these circumstances.
